Amazing Cleaning Services is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ~

This inidividual should be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web navigation.  Experience with Peachtree, Publisher, Access, bookkeeping and basic Contact and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred but not required.  Must have a pleasant personality, an eye for detail, and interact well with clients and co-workers.  Will be responsible for answering phone lines, transferring calls, assisting with client requests and complaints, maintaining company database, preparing proposals, word processing, faxing, copying and filing.  Additional duties may include organizing and facilitating over company orientation and training programs, maintaining service schedules and other general clerical duties.  A casual professional appearance is required.

This is a part-time position that may progress to full-time for the right individual as the company grows.

Pay is based on experience ($8.00 - $10.00 per hour)

 Account Executive ~

This is a wonderful sales position for the right individual.  If you work well with very little supervision and live with a "can-do" attitude, this may be the position for you.  This individual must be outgoing and have outstanding communication skills.  Must possess the ability to build on-going relationships with clients.  Must have experience closing deals.  A professional appearance and demeanor is required.  Must have reliable transportation.

Amazing Cleaning Service Account Executives are "Independent Contractors" and earn a percentage of the first month's gross of each and every customer contracted for housecleaning, janitorial or post-construction cleaning services for the company directly through their solicitation, negotiations and efforts.  In other words, ACS Account Executives are paid in direct proportion to their ability to communicate with people and serve their needs, therefore the sky is the limit.  These individuals are free to develop and maintain their own work schedules.

Commission, Quarterly and Yearly Bonus Scales and other criteria are available for review upon request.

Cleaning Service Provider ~

Cleaning Service Providers should possess a clean, professional appearance and have an eye for quality and detail.  Our service providers often work as part of a team.  We are looking for punctuality, the ability to receive instruction, and a "can-do" attitude.  Candidates must have reliable, insured transportation.  Duties include the general cleaning of commercial, residential and post-construction phased property. Training is provided.  There is no experience needed, but those with past experience will be given preference. 

This is a part-time position that may progress to full-time as the company grows. 

Pay is based on experience ($7.50 - $10.00 per hour)
